This interactive session will provide directors with critical insights and the opportunity for dialogue on key cybersecurity developments, including:

- Emerging frameworks for cybersecurity governance, including CISA Secure by Demand.
- How law enforcement partners with industry to respond to cyber-enabled crime.
- Insights into cybersecurity governance, reporting, and the relationship between the board and management, with a focus on cybersecurity frameworks and organizational structures, resource allocation, and board committee structure.
- An understanding of the structure, roles, responsibilities, and capabilities of key government agencies with respect to cybersecurity.
- Define cybersecurity board expertise, particularly in critical infrastructure industries.
- Strategies and tactics for personal cybersecurity, physical security, and privacy practices for board members.
The growing cybersecurity threat requires increased knowledge and expertise among board members to help stem the cyber crisis and curb future risks from threatening the continuity of critical sectors, the economy, and society. The program will include a special demonstration from the United States Secret Service.
The event is by invitation only, limited to directors serving on mid- and small-cap critical infrastructure industry boards. Spaces for the event are limited, and expected to fill quickly. Priority will be given to individuals who can participate for the entirety of the program. Once capacity is reached, additional registrants will be placed on a waitlist.
