As a Director at acceligence, you’ll lead client delivery across complex transformation, growth, technology, operations, risk, culture, and organizational performance initiatives. You’ll bring deep expertise in your domain, a proven track record of results, and the ability to guide clients through ambiguity with confidence, structure, and momentum.
This is not a theoretical advisory role. Our Directors are hands-on leaders who can shape the work, lead the room, manage the details, and deliver outcomes that matter. You’ll partner directly with clients, acceligence leadership, and cross-functional teams to diagnose challenges, design practical solutions, and drive meaningful execution.
You’ll be expected to bring senior judgment, executive presence, and real-world experience, but also the humility and work ethic to roll up your sleeves. We’re looking for people who have been tested in the field, built credibility through results, and know how to help organizations move faster, think clearer, and perform better.
What you’ll do
- Lead client engagements from strategy through execution, ensuring work is practical, focused, and tied to measurable business outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted delivery leader for senior client stakeholders, helping them navigate complexity, make decisions, and maintain momentum.
- Bring deep subject matter expertise in one or more areas such as transformation, AI and technology enablement, enterprise operations, risk and governance, cybersecurity, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, communications, culture, or growth strategy.
- Translate broad client challenges into clear workplans, operating models, roadmaps, governance structures, and execution priorities.
- Facilitate executive conversations, working sessions, workshops, and decision-making forums that create clarity and alignment.
- Lead teams through complex delivery efforts, balancing strategic thinking with disciplined execution.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and organizational barriers early and help clients address them before they slow progress.
- Develop practical recommendations, executive-ready materials, and implementation plans that clients can act on.
- Mentor consultants, advisors, and client teams, raising the quality of thinking, delivery, and leadership around you.
- Contribute to acceligence’s growth by strengthening client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and helping shape repeatable offerings based on market and client needs.

- You are an experienced, senior-level leader with deep expertise in your field and a demonstrated record of delivering meaningful results.
- You have led complex initiatives in real organizations, not just advised from the balcony. You know what it takes to align stakeholders, manage tradeoffs, create structure, and move work forward when the path is not obvious.
- You bring credibility with executives and working teams alike. You can operate at the strategic level, but you are equally comfortable getting into the details when that is what the work requires.
- You are calm under pressure, direct without being reckless, and collaborative without being passive. You know how to challenge assumptions, build trust, and help clients make better decisions.
- You are energized by client delivery. You like solving hard problems, building durable solutions, and seeing your work create real impact.
What you bring
- Significant senior-level experience leading transformation, operations, technology, risk, culture, growth, or organizational performance initiatives.
- A proven track record of success in your domain, with experience delivering measurable outcomes in complex environments.
- Strong consulting, client delivery, or internal transformation experience, ideally with exposure to executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- The ability to quickly assess a situation, separate signal from noise, and create a practical path forward.
- Executive presence and strong communication skills, including the ability to facilitate, influence, write clearly, and present with confidence.
- Experience leading teams, mentoring talent, and improving the quality of work around you.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, especially in environments where priorities shift, stakeholders disagree, or the answer is not yet fully formed.
- A bias for action, accountability, and practical execution.
- Sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a high bar for quality.

- Implementation roadmaps, governance models, and performance management systems.
