Across JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Lennar, and Carlisle Companies, Ryan has helped deliver more than $1.5 billion in revenue growth, cost reduction, productivity gains, and margin expansion. At Wells Fargo Home Lending, he served as Executive Vice President leading strategy, transformation, technology product, data, and AI, contributing to a $2 billion modernization mandate that delivered $600 million in annualized savings and 20% productivity improvement. At Carlisle Companies, he served as Chief Transformation Officer, advancing Carlisle Vision 2030 and delivering approximately $100 million in annualized value across manufacturing, supply chain, pricing, customer experience, and operational excellence.

As CIO of Lennar, Ryan led enterprise-wide modernization of a Fortune 150 homebuilder with accountability extending beyond technology into margin management, pricing optimization, customer experience, and enterprise resilience. He delivered $500 million in annualized business value and built Lennar’s first product-led technology organization and enterprise data foundation. Previously, at JPMorgan Chase, Ryan served as Managing Director and Global Head of Transformation and International Expansion for Merchant Services, helping scale one of the world’s largest payments platforms through international expansion across 18 Asia-Pacific and Latin America markets, building a 400-person organization in three years, and leading against a $500 million new-revenue target.

Ryan also brings deep private-equity and board-facing advisory experience. As Founder and Principal of North Swell Innovation Partners, he advised private equity sponsors and portfolio-company CEOs on enterprise modernization, AI adoption, digital diligence, operating-model design, and post-close value creation. He served as CIO of EVERSANA, a private-equity-backed global life sciences commercialization platform serving more than 650 pharmaceutical and biotech clients, where he led global technology, cybersecurity, compliance, data, and analytics capabilities. He also serves as a Board Director of The Headstrong Project, where he previously served as Treasurer and Interim CEO, leading a 90-day turnaround that reduced overhead 30%, secured multi-year funding, restored operating stability, and supported CEO succession.

Before entering the private sector, Ryan served for 16 years as a U.S. Marine Corps Infantry and Reconnaissance Officer, leading infantry and reconnaissance units through complex combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. He concluded his service as Executive and Operations Officer for a 1,500-person battalion and as a strategic planner for a 20,000-person Marine Division. His extensive military honors include the Silver Star, Bronze Star with Valor, two Purple Hearts, the Lieutenant Colonel William G. Leftwich Trophy for Outstanding Leadership, and multiple distinguished leadership awards recognizing operational excellence and leadership under pressure.

Ryan holds an MBA in Finance and Management from New York University’s Stern School of Business, an M.S. in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego Knauss School of Business, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Kansas.
