We are excited to welcome Mike Casey as an Executive Advisor at acceligence.

Mike brings more than three decades of experience at the intersection of enterprise technology and large-scale business transformation. He has spent his career helping organizations navigate moments of real inflection – when legacy platforms, operating models, and ways of working no longer serve the future they’re trying to build.

Most recently, Mike served as an Enterprise Technology Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Partner at EY, where he led innovation across ERP, cloud, and AI-enabled transformation programs for some of the world’s most complex global organizations. Before EY, he spent over 20 years at Accenture as a Managing Director in the SAP Practice, helping shape next-generation ERP strategies and delivery models long before “hybrid,” “agile,” and “AI-powered” became table stakes.

What sets Mike apart is not just the depth of his technical expertise, but his ability to translate emerging technology into practical, value-driven outcomes. He’s known for inventing new methods, platforms, and services when existing ones fall short – from cloud acceleration and FinOps automation to AI-powered enterprise design. In short, he doesn’t just modernize systems; he rethinks how organizations build, deliver, and scale.

As an Executive Advisor, Mike will work closely with acceligence clients and leadership teams on enterprise transformation strategy, technology-enabled operating models, and AI-driven reinvention. His perspective will strengthen our ability to help leaders make smart, confident decisions in high-stakes moments where clarity really matters.

We’re thrilled to have Mike join the acceligence executive advisor team and look forward to the impact he’ll have on our clients, our thinking, and the work ahead.

Please join us in welcoming Mike to the team, and check back later this week for a Q&A in our insights, where Mike shares perspective, lessons learned, and advice shaped by three decades of enterprise transformation at scale.
