Michael brings more than 30 years of experience driving innovation, growth, and operational excellence across Fortune 500 organizations. As a former partner and practice leader at both Accenture and EY, he helped shape some of the most complex global modernization programs in the industry, advising C-suites and boards through critical transformation programs.

As EY’s Americas SAP Leader, Michael architected and scaled one of the world’s most successful global SAP practices, spearheading EY’s strategic partnership with SAP and elevating the firm into the top tier of SAP ecosystem partners. His work helped EY clients reshape go-to-market models, enable enterprise-wide modernization, and directly connect technology investment to business strategy.

He is known for scaling complex businesses across geographies and industries while cultivating leadership cultures grounded in empathy, trust, and transparency.
