Today, acceligence announced that Ryan Sparks has joined the firm as an Executive Advisor, expanding the firm’s capabilities across enterprise modernization, AI adoption, operational performance, and executive advisory services. Ryan brings more than 25 years of leadership experience spanning Fortune 100 enterprises, private-equity-backed companies, and high-growth organizations, where he has helped executive teams improve execution, modernize operating models, and translate technology investment into measurable business outcomes.

Throughout his career, Ryan has worked at the intersection of operations, technology, data, and leadership – helping organizations adapt to changing markets, evolving customer expectations, and accelerating advances in AI and automation while maintaining focus on enterprise performance, resilience, and execution discipline.

Across leadership roles at JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Lennar, Carlisle Companies, and other global organizations, Ryan has helped deliver more than $1.5 billion in revenue growth, productivity gains, margin improvement, and cost reduction. His experience spans Financial Services, Payments, Manufacturing, Real Estate, Life Sciences, and technology-enabled risk platforms, with a consistent focus on helping organizations modernize in practical ways that improve day-to-day business operations.

At Wells Fargo Home Lending, Ryan served as Executive Vice President responsible for strategy, product, data, AI, and enterprise execution initiatives tied to the division’s $2 billion modernization program. His work contributed to approximately $600 million in annualized savings and significant productivity gains through the integration of AI, workflow modernization, and operational improvements across lending operations.

Prior to Wells Fargo, Ryan served as Chief Transformation Officer at Carlisle Companies, where he helped advance Carlisle Vision 2030 through modernization initiatives across manufacturing, supply chain, pricing, customer experience, and operational excellence. His work contributed approximately $100 million in annualized value creation by aligning technology, analytics, automation, and operational execution more closely to business performance.

As CIO of Lennar, Ryan led enterprise-wide modernization efforts across one of the nation’s largest homebuilders, helping establish the company’s first product-led technology organization and enterprise data platform while delivering approximately $500 million in annualized business value. Earlier in his career, Ryan served as Managing Director and Global Head of Transformation and International Expansion for JPMorgan Merchant Services, helping scale one of the world’s largest payments platforms across 18 Asia-Pacific and Latin America markets while building a 400-person international organization in three years.

Ryan also brings extensive experience advising boards, investors, and private-equity-backed organizations. As Founder and Principal of North Swell Innovation Partners, he advised sponsors and portfolio-company leadership teams on enterprise modernization, AI adoption, operating model design, and post-close value-creation initiatives. He additionally served as CIO of EVERSANA, a global life sciences commercialization platform serving more than 650 pharmaceutical and biotech organizations.

“Ryan brings an incredibly grounded perspective to modernization and AI adoption,” said Justin Greis, Chief Executive Officer of acceligence. “He understands that organizations are navigating constant change, and that no single organization has every answer figured out. His approach is centered on helping leadership teams improve execution, learn quickly, modernize responsibly, and build organizations that can continuously adapt as technology and business conditions evolve.”

Before entering the private sector, Ryan served for 16 years as a U.S. Marine Corps Infantry and Reconnaissance Officer, leading units through combat operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. He concluded his military service as Executive and Operations Officer for a 1,500-person battalion and strategic planner for a 20,000-person Marine Division. His military honors include the Silver Star, Bronze Star with Valor, two Purple Hearts, and multiple distinguished leadership awards recognizing operational excellence and leadership under pressure.

Today, Ryan continues advising CEOs, boards, investors, and executive teams on operational modernization, AI adoption, enterprise resilience, growth strategy, and organizational execution. He also serves as a Board Director of The Headstrong Project, where he previously served as Treasurer and Interim CEO, leading a successful operational stabilization and leadership transition effort.

As an Executive Advisor, Ryan will work closely with acceligence clients on AI-enabled modernization efforts, enterprise optimization, operational performance improvement, leadership alignment, and executive advisory initiatives. His addition further strengthens acceligence’s ability to help organizations navigate the rapidly changing relationship between technology, operations, and business performance in the AI era.
