acceligence, the AI-powered management consulting firm specializing in technology, cybersecurity, risk, and strategy, today announced that Founder and Chief Executive Officer Justin Greis has been named to Consulting Magazine’s 2026 Top Consultants (see announcement) list in the Cybersecurity & Risk Technology category.

Consulting Magazine’s annual Top Consultants list, published since 2000, recognizes the consulting profession’s most influential practitioners – leaders selected for their ability to innovate, deliver high-impact client outcomes, and shape the future of the industry. Greis will be honored alongside other 2026 recipients at an awards dinner in New York City on June 25, 2026.

Over two decades advising executives and boards

Greis has spent more than 20 years guiding CEOs, CIOs, CISOs, boards, and audit and risk committees through some of the most consequential cybersecurity, technology, and enterprise risk challenges facing modern organizations. His work has spanned highly regulated industries – including healthcare, financial services, and technology – with a particular focus on multi-year strategic transformations inside large, decentralized enterprises where alignment, governance, and execution at scale determine whether intent translates into outcome.

The recognition reflects a consistent pattern across his work: bringing fragmented organizations together around a shared vision, translating that vision into pragmatic and outcome-driven programs, and sustaining momentum through the governance and capability building required to make change durable. The outcomes – measurable enterprise-wide risk reduction, stronger operational resilience, and clearer executive decision rights – protect the data, services, and digital trust that billions of people depend on every day.

Prior to founding acceligence, Greis led the North America Cybersecurity Practice at McKinsey & Company. Earlier in his career, he built and led global cybersecurity and technology and digital practices at EY, following senior consulting roles at Protiviti in Paris, France. He began his career as a technology entrepreneur, founding and scaling a digital consulting firm.

Greis previously served on the faculty at Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where he taught award-winning masters-level courses. He currently serves as a Trustee on the Executive Committee and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at Ravinia Festival, and is a member of the Dean’s Council at the Kelley School of Business. He is a frequent speaker and published author on variety of technology topics, and serves on the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Board Advisory Services Faculty guiding Boards on AI-related topics.

A new model for management consulting: expert-led, AI-powered, and built for speed

The recognition also highlights the new model acceligence is bringing to the broader consulting industry. Founded on the premise that the best advisory work pairs deep human expertise with the speed and scale of artificial intelligence, acceligence delivers expert-led outcomes faster and at higher quality than traditional consulting – without sacrificing the seasoned judgment that complex decisions require.

For executives navigating AI disruption, escalating cyber threats, regulatory change, and operating model complexity, the firm offers a sharper alternative: senior-level advisory expertise, AI-powered analysis and delivery, and engagement models built for the velocity their environments demand. The result is consulting that compresses timelines, strengthens analytical rigor, and elevates the quality of every deliverable – turning technology and risk decisions into a source of competitive advantage rather than a drag on the business.

It’s an approach designed for a moment when the pace of change is outrunning the pace of traditional advisory work – and one that is helping reshape how leaders, boards, and institutions get expert help on the issues that matter most.
